REABILITA CAL EASY R is a rendering mortar formulated with Natural Hydraulic Lime (NHL) as its sole binder, developed to simplify rendering work in refurbishment and renovation projects.
Applied in a single coat, it combines the filling and levelling of substrates, avoiding the need to apply separate coats using different products. It can be applied over old substrates consolidated with REABILITA CAL CS or directly onto clay brickwork, concrete blockwork, stone masonry or other suitable substrates. After application, REABILITA CAL EASY R can be directly sponge-finished to achieve a fine sand finish, or prepared to receive a finish coat such as REABILITA CAL AC or REABILITA CAL AC FINO.
The use of Natural Hydraulic Lime as the sole binder provides excellent compatibility with old masonry, together with water-vapour permeability, control of shrinkage cracking and resistance to salts.
