Secil has consistently sought to reach out to its customers, opening depots in new locations and offering a range of supply and handling options. Cement is sold in bulk or bagged, on reusable and disposable pallets and shrink-wrapped thus fit to be stored in the open air.

At the same time, the gradual introduction of automatic loading and control equipment at plants and depots has allowed for increasingly meaningful time savings in the collection and transport of cement to construction sites.

Priority has also been given to maritime transport, with efficient interfaces with rail and road services, making for flexible product distribution and at the same time contributing to relieving road congestion and pollution.
